Reinforced bearing mounts. All fastenings and dimensions are checked after the frame is ready by MOTOBSK specialists for compliance with the standard dimensions of the stock frame.
This reinforced steel frame allows you to make a long eversion of the motorcycle steering fork. When turned left or right, it does not rest against the frame.
Mounts for the subframe and rider footpegs as well as the lower and upper shock absorber bushings are made on a CNC machine. The thickness of the mounts is 8mm. During the production of this frame, all technical openings were taken into account – it perfectly fits to replace the original frame.
Welding seam treatment. Sandblasting before painting with a polymer coating in the colors of the client’s choice.
